Welcome to StreetCanvas (the "Store," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website streetcanvasco.com and any purchases you make from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Please read these alongside our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you're using a valid payment method you're authorised to use.

3. Our products

Every item is made to order and printed just for you, so please note:

  • Product photos and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.
  • Sizes follow each product's size guide — please check it before ordering, as made-to-order items are produced specifically for you.
  • We may update, change, or discontinue products and pricing at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (€) and, where required, include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT for EU orders). Any duties or import charges for cross-border deliveries are explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We don't store your full card details.
  • We work hard to keep pricing accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we'll always let you know.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, payment fails, we suspect fraud, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns, and your consumer rights

  • Returns and refunds are covered in detail in our Return & Refund Policy, including our 30-day window.
  • EU & German consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year warranty on defects — these rights apply fully and are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

7. Intellectual property

Our content. The site design, logos, text, graphics, and original artwork are owned by StreetCanvas or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written permission.

Designs and product artwork. All designs we sell are either created by us or used with proper rights and licences. We respect intellectual property and expect the same in return. If you believe any content on our store infringes your rights, contact us at support@streetcanvasco.com and we'll review it promptly.

8. Acceptable use

When using our site, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the site or its security;
  • scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission; or
  • submit false information or impersonate anyone.

We may suspend or restrict access if these Terms are breached.

9. Third-party fulfilment

Our products are produced and shipped by Printful, and some links or services on our site are provided by third parties. We're responsible for your order and your customer experience, but we're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we may link to.

10. Disclaimers

We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill. Except for the rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you (including statutory consumer guarantees in the EU/Germany and applicable US state law), the site is provided "as is," and we don't make additional warranties beyond those required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetCanvas is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and, again, your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.

12. Indemnification

You agree to cover any reasonable losses or claims we incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing law
